2013 Topps Chrome Baseball Redemption Announcement

Topps Chrome Baseball is always one of the most anticipated products of the year and 2013 Topps Chrome baseball is no different! Look for autograph Rookie cards of Yasiel Puig, Many Machado, Mike Zunino and more. In addition, Topps Chrome will deliver, dual autos, triple autos and autograph patch cards.

While we have secured all of the top rookies in Topps Chrome Baseball, a handful of them will be redemptions. We want our customers to be assured that we are working around the clock to get the cards signed and into the hands of our valued collectors. In fact, many of the redemption cards in this product are already in-house and ready to be shipped out including some of Yasiel Puig's cards (image attached).

And starting with Topps Chrome, Topps will be updating collectors on the status of player signings on a weekly basis via Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr. Look for updates every Friday.

2013 Topps Ultimate Chase Ticket Playoff Chase Pass Revealed

The Topps Company has selected their winner for the 2013 Topps Baseball Ultimate Chase Ticket Sweepstakes. Alan and Zach T. of Porter Ranch, CA were notified via voicemail last Tuesday that they had been selected from among collectors lucky enough to find a Chase Ticket--one of just ten inserted at a Wonka-like rate in packs of 2013 Topps Series 1 baseball. That lucky pack, purchased at Wax Czar’s Luxury Box Sports Cards in Woodland Hills, CA, eventually netted the father/son duo arguably one of the coolest non-card prizes ever.


Topps announced the sweepstakes prior to the release of 2013 Topps Series 1. The contest promised each Chase Ticket holder a bat autographed by five current or retired players. In addition, one ticket holder would receive the Ultimate Chase, a pair of tickets to every playoff game from a team of their choice. With one of the ten tickets redeemed, Alan and Zach pondered the possibilities for the autographed bat and waited patiently for September 1st, the day of the drawing for the Ultimate Chase.

“I thought it was a prank,” Alan said. “The drawing was supposed to be on the first (of September) and I didn’t hear anything, but when I got a voicemail at 7 a.m. PST I knew it was real." After some phone tag, Alan and Zach were in touch with Topps and were asked to select their team. Being less than 30 minutes from the stadium, choosing the Los Angeles Dodgers was easy.

The father/son duo has had a hot hand at Wax Czar (Mike Trout Finest Superfractor, Stephen Strasburg Topps Chrome Red Refractor autograph RC...) and while it isn't playoff tickets another customer found another rare Topps redemption in 2013 Topps Series 2.
